From I-65 North or South
Exit onto 265 West and follow to the Charlestown Road exit (State Road 311). At the end of the ramp, turn left at the traffic light. Follow Charlestown Road south to the third stoplight. Turn left at the stoplight onto Blackiston Mill Road. Turn left at the Southern Indiana Rehab sign. The hospital is straight ahead.

Alternate: Once on Charlestown Road, go through the second stoplight (you will pass KOHLS on your right) and turn left onto Blackiston Blvd before reaching the third stoplight. Continue through the stop sign. SIRH will be on the left.

From I-64
