Ergonomics Program
Ergonomics is the science of fitting the task to the worker in order to promote maximum productivity, consistent quality and long-term worker health and safety. Although it is not possible to guarantee the complete elimination of workplace injury, the goal of an
ergonomic evaluation is to identify potential risk factors and to recommend possible solutions that
reduce the risk of injury to the worker and enhance productivity
