SIRH Honors 2006
Ambassadors
Southern Indiana Rehab
Hospital recently honored all recipients who received ambassador
awards during 2006. The ambassador program recognizes exceptional
employees who go above and beyond their normal work duties to assist
SIRH in providing the highest quality rehab care in the region.
Ambassadors are nominated throughout the year by their peers, and
are selected by a committee.
Ambassadors are chosen based on the 10 standards of excellence that
helps SIRH meet its vision of setting the standard of excellence in
rehab services. Those standards include sense of ownership, safety,
privacy, answering call lights, professionalism, professional
appearance, attitude, customer waiting, commitment to co-workers and
communication.
I am proud of our staff at SIRH. They continue to inspire me with
their professionalism, enthusiasm and unwavering dedication. Their
outstanding performance merits resounding applause. said Randy
Napier, president and CEO of SIRH.

Southern Indiana Rehab Hospital (SIRH) is a 60-bed inpatient and
outpatient, not-for-profit hospital owned in a unique partnership
with three of the areas most respected health care leaders: Frazier
Rehab Institute, Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services and
Clark Memorial Hospital. Since 1994, SIRH has been providing
inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, speech and
neuropsychology therapy services to children and adults suffering
from injuries, illnesses and disabilities.
